a) Hands on experience knowledge in Auto Dialer
b) Basic Level Networking (Restricted to LAN)
c) Basic Level Hardware Configuration and Software Installation
d) Some administrative tasks related to inserting and synchronizing production record in system.

Requirement:
a) The candidate must be Intermediate or more with (at least) few months experience of working environment of any call center.
b) Able to understand trouble and to seek its run-time solution.
c) Able to understand, the role’s significance and how to maintain the confidentiality.

Working Hours: Night Shift starting from 10:00 PM
Salary: Rs 15,000 to 20,000
