HIRING Training & Development Professional! Urgently looking for Training & Development professional for Dolmen Real Estate Management (Pvt.), Ltd. Candidates holding master’s degree in HR with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Position is Karachi based. Candidate must be able to conduct & evaluate TNA, coordinate the execution of Internal Coaching and Mentoring programs, facilitate the designing and delivery of training courses/programs, maintain all training records and assist in conducting evaluations quarterly, preparing training budget, manage relationship with accreditation bodies and agencies for external trainings.
